Burning the Candles
It was time to burn the candles as soon as I finished delighting in the packaging and the labels! I started with Lollipop. It has a captivating fruity smell dominated by notes of red berries. Some citrus gives it a little zest, and a note of “coolness” in the aroma originates from the surprising hint of peppermint.
While I started burning this very first jewel candle, my sister barged into my room, going, “What IS that?” It was immediate, head-over-heels infatuation. She asked to be present when I burned the next 2 candles I ordered. Before the very first one had even burned down enough to reveal my hidden jewellery, she had already made her very first order for Imperial Candles!
The next one I burned was Thai Lime & Mango. The fragrance was uplifting, energizing, and clarifying – good for working or studying on jobs.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am obsessed with jasmine: jasmine fragrance, jasmine tea, jasmine soap – I have it all. The heady scent of jasmine in Midnight Jasmine is highlighted with a trace of rose. Midnight Jasmine had precisely the kind I can’t get enough of.

Uncovering My Hidden Jewellery Surprises!

I also received a ring in my Midnight Jasmine candle. Luckily, I’d chosen the very same ring size in this candle as I did in the other, so I knew it’d fit. That meant I could delight in the candle burning down with no anxiety – just excitement at what it would uncover! The ring I received looks quite different from the first, but every bit as gorgeous!
